Breakfast


• 2 slices of toast
• 3 eggs
• 1 glass weight gainer shake

Snack

• Chicken sandwich with 1 slice of cheese

Lunch

• 200g Salmon
• 2 cups boiled vegetables
• 1 apple

Snack

• Banana almond shake
• 2 tbsps. of nuts

Dinner

• 2 cups wholemeal pasta
• Greek Salad
• 200g turkey

Supper

• 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 cup chopped fruits
